My work philosophy:

A winner is just a loser who didn't give up. The workplace owes you nothing. You have to work your butt off to get where you want. I don't believe there are shortcuts and I also don't believe in luck. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you react to them and move forwards. Swearing sometimes helps.

?What If! Innovation is an innovation management consultancy. For the past 25 years our commercial impact has come from doubling down on the people side of innovation – the values, behaviors, skills, mindsets and spirit – that make the difference between a smart idea on paper and a living, thriving business.

Experience

Prior to joining ?What If! I worked as MD for Mubaloo, a mobile consultancy and digital product development company.
