My work philosophy:

“You can never be over-educated on health” - I believe it is important to stay curious, adapt often, enjoy learning and be passionate about evolving.

My Roles and Responsibilities

Good Thanks is an online platform providing 360-degree well being for real people. The missions to inspire and educate holistic health within the existing wellness scene, making healthy living accessible and achievable to all. I believe that small changes can bring a profound shift to your well-being. As a holistic health coach, I am an expert in behaviour change and am trained to help clients identify how to make the most effective changes to their habits. Changes do not have to be big, but they do have to be sustainable.


I have a degree in Business and Promotion and a qualification in holistic health coaching from the School of Integrative nutrition. I am the founder of Good Thanks Wellbeing. I bring my journalistic background and love for social media to drive innovative well-being solutions forward. As a health coach, I operate between 1-2-1 sessions and groups, delivering corporate and personal services and using expertise to guide each individual along their personal well-being journey.

Why am I on Connect?

I believe that we all deserve a life of authentic wellbeing and that we have the potential to create it for ourselves. I’m dedicated to creating a life of true connection that roots from creating harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Sharing this with others excites me. My holistic approach highlights food as an equal art to medicine - focusing on pleasure as healing and prevention as treatment. I’ve always had a thirst for knowledge and believe education is one of the best gifts we will receive. I invest my spare time into reading and exploring the wellness scene in the hope to learn and share the benefit with the local community.

Whom would I like to mentor?

Mentees who are interested in changing the office dynamic. The workplace is a perfect place to put healthy behaviour changes into action. This is where employees spend much of their day and can influence each other, creating a domino effect. As owners and employers begin to develop and execute health behaviour changes they will create a culture of wellness leaving the workplace a thriving environment - and further implementing well-being outside of the workplace.
