I have exited out of Roast and am looking at new opportunities in the restaurant world.

The word mentor wasn't around when I started in business and I would have hugely benefited from having access to one as I wouldn't have made many of the mistakes I did. There are significant social and economic benefits from enabling people who don't have access from friends or family to learn from.
