As an Operations Director, I am responsible for looking after the company as a whole and ensuring the team is working towards the overall vision and direction of the company. My day-to-day involves planning team meetings, pursuing new business opportunities and growing our position within the market. Aerate is a social enterprise that creates and develops scaleable concepts that connect and support people through online platforms and applications. Aerate's concepts are all interlinked and complementary, providing solutions to support people professionally and personally. Each is designed and built around a strongly intuitive user experience to enhance engagement with the product.

My background is in account management and client engagement, working in digital and mobile agencies within London. My experience in managing client expectations and balancing project stakeholders has helped me hone my EQ and relationship building skills, which has lead me to the position where I am today. I graduated from the University of Leeds, studying French and Spanish. Knowing I didn't want to formally use my degree meant that I had to work hard to find an industry I was interested in, more than using my formal education to help me find my 'perfect job'. I now can't imagine working in any other industry, apart from technology, and I am excited to be in an ever-evolving industry.
