As founder, I have a hand in everything from digital publishing, to event management, to engagement, to marketing and sales.

My career has been in startup companies, media and third sector organisations, leading on digital content, digital publishing and strategy.

When I was growing up I knew what I wanted to do 'as a job', but I never saw anyone who looked like me doing it. This is an opportunity for me to share my story and encourage and support the next generation. That's exciting.

Someone with a passion for media and publishing with a similar background to mine. Someone with a strong work ethic open to new ideas. Someone black, working-class, female is my ideal but essentially I see this as an opportunity to help, guide and support a young person whoever they may be.
