I created and lead a boutique consultancy firm that specialises in supporting global companies to create inclusive and diverse workplaces - enabling them to hire and retain great talent from all walks of life.

The majority of my career has been in senior roles in the financial services sector such as Barclays, Barclays Capital, Halifax Bank of Scotland and Nomura. I have also held advisory roles in the UK Government and a Deputy Chair role in a NHS Acute Hospital Trust.

I'm passionate about supporting people from all walks of life to be the best they can be. After leaving school at the age of 16 I know how tough it can be to get on ... I want to support others. There is also something to learn from every conversation and I'm looking forward to learning from those I mentor.

Someone who is determined to get on and willing to put the hard work in to do so. They also need to be willing to learn from past actions, be authentic and respect others.
