Evaluating client specifications, coordination the certification process and managing the change implementation into the LIVE environment. Maintaining constant communication with the relevant internal stakeholders on the on-boarding progress. Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships for European Institutional clients Assisting the Product Manager to effectively organize projects and prioritise weekly workloads. Managing the Client On boarding and connectivity process (Cash, DMA, ALGO & Program Trading for Equities and Listed Derivatives). Working closely with the Sales, Prime Brokerage, and Executions desk to identify opportunities to cross-sell asset classes for new and existing clients. Proactive communication with clients to ensure that issues and queries are addressed diligently and efficiently. Proactive monitoring of the infrastructure to ensure the stability of the trading environment before client GO-LIVE.
